Cooperation Terms

1. About product quality: In online transactions, integrity is paramount. As a strategic partner of Alibaba, we have extremely strict requirements and controls over our products. All products will undergo three rounds of quality inspections by purchasing, QC, and warehouse management personnel before shipment to ensure that the products you receive are qualified. Please confirm the receipt of the products as soon as possible. In case of any quality issues (it is inevitable that some mistakes may occur due to the large volume of goods), please provide visual evidence and contact customer service for resolution.

2. Regarding stockouts: Although we have direct access to the original factory supplies, our offline distributors also move goods quickly. We will strive to ensure the stability of the supply, but stockouts are unavoidable. We kindly ask our clients for their understanding. Should a stockout occur, we will notify the buyer within 3 hours to replace the item, or we will complete the refund within 48 hours.

3. About returns and exchanges: Please contact our sales customer service to confirm before making a return or exchange. If you return without customer service's permission, we will refuse to accept the return. Our sales customer service will handle matters related to returns and exchanges, and will process them as soon as possible under the conditions of meeting the return and exchange standards. After the warehouse receives the return request, it will search for the express delivery order to complete the return or exchange.

4. Regarding the invoice: Additional tax points will be added to the invoice, please consult the customer service for details.
