Quality Issue Declaration
If you encounter quality issues or are dissatisfied with something, as long as you contact our customer service, we will take the initiative to objectively help you resolve the problem, and we will not shirk our responsibilities! Giving a mid-to-low rating for no reason is ineffective for both sellers and buyers. We are here to help you solve practical problems and improve our service level. Achieving a win-win situation is our goal.
If you find any quality issues with the order after receiving it, please contact our after-sales staff within two days of receiving the goods. Also, take photos of the defective goods with a camera, name the photo with the product code, and send it to our after-sales staff for verification. (Note: sending photos must be within 24 hours of receiving the goods. Any requests after this time will not be accepted. If you do not provide photos, we will not process your return request.) We will give you a response to your after-sales request within 24 hours after receiving it. The response will be divided into two types: exchange or return of the goods, or a direct refund.
Clause One: The definition of quality issues is the product's cracking during manufacturing or transportation, which prevents it from being sent or sold. It is inevitable that there will be some minor flaws that do not affect the sale or delivery. We do not guarantee a return or exchange for minor flaws.

Please view the after-sales issues with an understanding heart, we don't want to bring any trouble to you, because most of the after-sales issues actually occur during the delivery process. Over the years, we have also been deeply troubled. However, in order to ensure your shopping pleasure, we still bear the majority of the delivery mistakes on our own shoulders.
