about delivery process

our company prints the product list after the customer places the order → corresponding customer service → and gives the list to the warehouse administrator → The warehouse administrator checks the list to the warehouse to check and pick up the goods → then hand it to the Packer for checking and acceptance → finally sent by the shipper the courier company and the courier check together → finally, the Courier signs and confirms the list, and then packages it to the courier company to scan the delivery → and the shipper will bring back the list to the customer manager for retention

special Note: Because we are a wholesale website, the shipment of a single item is fast, and the physical wholesale is synchronized, so it is difficult to update the inventory in time. If there are less than 4 out-of-stock models, we will ship them directly without notice. If the shortage is large, we will communicate with customers by phone. We hope our customers can understand.  

About delivery timeliness   

the customer will deliver the goods within 48 hours after placing the order. In case of holidays, the delivery time of the courier will be postponed. After the actual delivery, the delivery is declared. The receiving city is different, the time for receiving the goods is also different. Generally, the goods can be received within 3 to 7 days after the actual delivery of the goods (some remote counties often have to go through many transfer stations to arrive, which may take 5 to 7 days) we cannot promise that the product will reach the buyer within a few days after shipment, because we cannot control the efficiency of the courier company (or post office), what's more, I can't understand the quality and attitude of the delivery staff in your region. I hope that buyers will not be angry with our company because of the mistakes of the logistics company. Please understand our beyond one's grasp and helplessness on this issue ~

about liability for compensation

all items and fragile items should be checked in person before signing. If the goods are damaged, please call our staff before the courier leaves and sign and confirm with the Courier, the company and the courier company will discuss compensation matters. The company is not responsible for compensation for damaged products after signing.

Explanation: After receiving the goods, the buyer (consignee) should carefully check the package and confirm that it is correct (no missing pieces, no damage, no quality problems) before signing. Because the occurrence of damage, loss, etc. cannot be ruled out during transportation, we will check that it is correct and properly packaged before sending it, so the buyer (himself or others) must check it when receiving the goods, sign for it after confirming it is correct. Even if the courier asks him to sign first, he must wait until he finishes reading it. This causes problems because the courier's presence certificate can help the buyer distinguish the responsibility). Once the buyer finds damage or loss after signing, it is difficult to judge the responsibility, so compensation is no longer supported. Buyers must fulfill their responsibilities. Note: signing means that there are no missing pieces, damage, and quality problems. Sorry for the inconvenience caused to buyers.
