About the shipping process
After the customer places an order, our company's corresponding customer service prints out a product list, and then hands it over to the warehouse manager. The warehouse manager checks the inventory in the warehouse against the list to pick up the goods, and then hands it over to the packing staff for counting and inspection. Finally, the shipping staff delivers the goods to the courier company and together with the courier checks them. After the courier signs the list to confirm, the goods are packed and handed over to the courier company for scanning and shipping. Then, the shipping staff brings back the list to the account manager for retention.
Special Note: As we are a wholesale website, each item is shipped quickly. We have real-time wholesale in physical stores, and it is difficult to update inventory in a timely manner. If there are stock shortages of less than 4 items, we will ship directly without further notice; if the shortage is significant, we will communicate with customers by phone. We hope that our customers will understand.
About the delivery time
Customers will receive their orders within 48 hours after placing an order, and the delivery time will be postponed if the delivery date falls on a holiday or the courier is on vacation. We will declare the shipment after the actual shipment. The receipt of the goods will vary depending on the city of receipt. Generally, you can receive the goods within 3 to 7 days after the actual shipment (some remote counties often need to pass through many transfer stations to reach, which may take 5 to 7 days). We cannot guarantee that the products will reach the buyer within a certain number of days after the shipment, as we cannot control the efficiency of the carrier courier company (or post office) and we cannot understand the quality and attitude of the courier in your area. We hope that the buyer will not blame the company because of the mistakes of the logistics company. Please understand our helplessness and inaction in this issue.
About the liability for compensation
Please inspect all items and fragile goods before signing for them. If you find any damage to the goods, please notify our staff before the courier leaves and have the courier sign to confirm. Our company will discuss the compensation with the courier company. If the damaged products are signed for after delivery, our company is not responsible for compensation.
Explanation: After the buyer (consignee) receives the goods, they should carefully inspect the parcel, confirming that there are no missing items, no damage, or any quality issues before signing for the delivery. Due to the possibility of damage or loss during transportation, we will check the goods and properly pack them before sending them out. Therefore, the buyer (either themselves or through a third party) must ensure they inspect the goods upon receipt, and only sign for the delivery once they are satisfied that there are no issues. Even if the courier asks to sign first, they should be allowed to wait until the inspection is complete and there are no problems before leaving. This way, if any issues arise, the presence of the courier can serve as a witness to help the buyer determine the responsibility. Once the buyer signs for the delivery and then discovers damage, loss, or other issues, it can be difficult to determine the responsibility, and therefore, we will not support any claims for compensation. Please understand that once the buyer signs for the delivery, it is assumed there are no missing items, damage, or quality issues. We apologize for any inconvenience caused to the buyer.
