1. Ordering Rules:
1. The price is the actual wholesale price, and we support mixed batching with no quantity limit. As long as you can place an order, we will send the goods. After clicking "Confirm the order", the system will automatically calculate the courier fee, and you can see the specific charging standards of the courier company. If you need to send logistics, please contact us to change the freight to 0, and the freight of logistics is collect on delivery, and you need to pick up yourself. Because it is currently impossible to choose whether to send logistics or courier when placing an order on Ali, our system is set to default to send courier.
2. Yiwu small commodities, you get what you pay for. We hope you can view the product introduction and images with abstract thinking. The products are continuously improved and upgraded, and some product images have been processed by the art design team. If you are looking for a specific product from a certain manufacturer, please contact us before placing an order to confirm the actual product.
3. If the product has color options, we will ship according to the order. If there is no color option, the shipment will be random, which is based on what colors we have in our warehouse.
4. Please make full use of the "Comments to Seller" to note any special requirements. We will try our best to meet them, so that the warehouse can see the notes and avoid sending the wrong goods or the wrong logistics, and so on.

II. Shipping Rules:
1. Our main shipping methods are two: for small quantities, we recommend using express delivery, which is convenient and fast. For large quantities, logistics is more cost-effective, but you need to go to the logistics company to pick up the goods, which is generally not very convenient. By default, the express delivery is China Post, and the logistics is the dedicated line freight. Every day in Yiwu, there are many trucks heading to all parts of the country. As long as the place has a relatively developed trade with Yiwu, there are direct trucks. After the goods arrive, the freight company will call to notify the pick-up. Even if there are no direct trucks in the county and city, the freight company will arrange trucks to transfer the goods step by step. The direct place freight fee for one piece of goods is about 30 yuan, and the transfer fee for the place needing transfer is about 20 yuan.
2. The goods will be shipped within 1-2 days after payment, except in special circumstances. Due to the imperfection of the Ali backend, the specific shipping time is determined by the courier's scanning record, not by the "click shipping" on the backend. The logistics is determined by the updated logistics number and phone number.
3. If there is a specific logistics, please note 'Yiwu phone number and address' in the "seller message" and do not use the chat record as a proof.
4. Direct delivery usually takes 3 to 4 days, while delivery via transfer may take an additional 1 to 2 days. Exceptions may apply. Please refer to actual delivery for accuracy. We cannot control the actual arrival time. If there are specific requirements for delivery time, you can specify the logistics.
5. The specific pickup address will be notified by the freight forwarding company. If it is inconvenient to pick up, you can specify the logistics or send by courier.
6. We can also ship according to the customer's specified logistics, such as Deyong, Jiaji, Xibang, Tiandi Huayu. However, the freight is relatively expensive.

Section Three: After-sales Rules
Due to the large volume of shipments, there may be a slight error in the quantity of products. Losses may also occur during the transportation of courier goods, which is quite normal. If you cannot accept it, please do not purchase!!
1. Please carefully inspect the quantity and quality of the express delivery goods when receiving them. If there are any problems, please refuse to sign. After signing, it proves that I agree with the quality and quantity of the products. Any problems that occur after signing will be borne by myself. False or exaggerated cases will not be accepted once verified.
2. If there are any problems with the goods in logistics, please contact us within 24 hours. We will not process them after the deadline. Please understand and forgive!
3. When the customer receives the goods, they should open the box for inspection regardless of whether the outer packaging box is damaged. If there are any quality problems such as damage due to transportation issues, please ask the relevant transportation company to provide a proof with a fresh stamp, and provide this proof to us. We will assist the customer in making a claim.
4. Refunds for items returned without actual quality issues as reasons of dissatisfaction or unlikeness will not be accepted.
5. For all quality-related returns, please accumulate a minimum of five kilograms of products for a return. The return shipping fee will be borne by our company (we refuse to accept returns using expensive logistics services such as DEYANG or JIAJIE, and the return method should be negotiated with our after-sales customer service). If the customer insists on returning, the shipping fee will be at their own expense. After all, we are dealing in mixed batches rather than retail, so please understand each other!
