1. Are you a wholesale stock? Is the supply sufficient?
All the glasses of Kongti Electronics Business in Yiwu are in stock for wholesale. We will send out the general order within 24 hours, so you can rest assured to make the order. If there is an occasional stockout that we cannot update in time, our customer service will contact you promptly by phone or Alipay, or will inform you on the shipping list. 2. About color difference issues.
All the eyewear products of Yiwu Kongti Electronics Trading Company are photographed with actual items. Due to technical, monitor, lighting, and environmental reasons, there may be slight color differences. This is a normal phenomenon, and we kindly ask for your understanding.
3. Return and exchange handling.
Upon receiving the goods, please inspect them carefully. If there are any quality issues such as frame breakage, peeling, or large scratches on the lenses, please contact customer service in time to arrange for a return or exchange. If it exceeds 15 days, our store will not accept returns or exchanges. As we are a wholesale manufacturer, we cannot guarantee that every product is perfect, and there may be minor imperfections. 4. About Custom LOGO.
Support custom LOGO, LOGO can be done in clay and laser, but there will be additional charges. Please note that once a LOGO is applied to the glasses, they cannot be returned or exchanged.
5. Large-quantity payment method.
Before the production of bulk orders, the buyer must pay a 30% deposit, and the balance of 70% must be paid before the shipment (in special cases, a 50% deposit is required). For detailed information, please feel free to call or write to us for inquiries and quotations.
6. About Shipping
Our store defaults to sending by YouSu, ZhongTong Express. If you need to send by SF Express, please contact customer service to pay the extra postal fee. Large items will be sent by logistics. For specific logistics, please contact customer service.
