Regarding odors
Our products are supplied directly from the factory. After quality inspection and air leakage testing, the products are immediately deflated, packaged, and shipped. This is different from retail stores where items are inflated and stored in stores for many days until the scent dissipates. Therefore, you may notice some odor when receiving the product. If this bothers you, please consider carefully before making a purchase. We do not accept returns or exchanges due to the odor. Thank you! The shipping costs for returns and exchanges are at the buyer’s expense. The product is made of PVC, and plasticizers are added during production. As a result, a thin oil film will form after demolding. It is recommended to clean it with non-irritating detergent, dry it, or place it in a well-ventilated area to dry before use.

Regarding dimensions

The product linked here is an inflatable item. The dimensions described are merely approximate ranges. Due to manual measurement, there may be some errors, so they are for reference only. Customers should refer to the actual dimensions when receiving the product! Customers with high requirements for size should proceed with their orders carefully!

About the pattern

The product patterns may vary from batch to batch. Please refer to the actual pattern upon receipt. The products are shipped without air inflation; they are folded during packaging, which may result in creases, but this does not affect functionality! The creases will gradually disappear once sufficient air is introduced. The football and basketball designs are hand-drawn, and there may be some minor imperfections. Perfectionists who are sensitive to minor flaws should consider carefully before making a payment. Shipping costs for returns due to dissatisfaction with the appearance will be at your own expense! With minimal profits, we cannot accept returns other than those related to quality (air leakage) issues.

Regarding exchanges
Please ensure that all buyers check the quantity and quality of the goods promptly after receiving them. We guarantee the product quality and packaging during shipment, but we cannot avoid some damage during transportation. If any damage occurs due to shipping, please understand this. Please verify the quantity upon receipt, especially if the outer packaging is damaged; you must confirm that no items have fallen off before signing for delivery. If there is any discrepancy in the quantity, please do not sign for delivery yet and contact us. We will then communicate with the courier company to resolve the issue. If the quantity is incorrect after receipt, we will not accept the delivery. For issues caused by air leakage or non-human-induced damage, please contact our customer service within 12 hours after receipt. Buyers can establish long-term cooperation, and multiple returns and exchanges can be more cost-effective. If 50 items are collected, you can return them for an exchange of the same quantity, with half of the shipping costs borne by each party. If less than 50 items and an exchange is required, the buyer shall cover the round-trip shipping costs.

Regarding logistics
The arrival time provided by our customer service staff is merely an estimated estimate under normal circumstances. We have no control over the shipping and logistics companies, and we cannot guarantee to customers when the goods will arrive. All we can do is ship the goods as quickly as possible. We will not accept customers who refuse to receive or return the goods on the grounds that the arrival is too late. Please, especially buyers who need the goods urgently and those in remote areas, carefully consider the time-related risks before placing orders. Also, please respect our labor. Wholesale is different from retail; we need to pack various products together. Each order involves the hard work of our customer service staff, packing staff, packaging staff, and shipping staff. Do not refuse to receive the goods or cooperate after they have been shipped and even safely arrived at the destination, only demanding a refund. In such cases, you must bear the round-trip shipping costs.
