All logistics shipping fees are collect on delivery.

II. About Receiving Goods:Please carefully inspect the package when receiving it. If you find that the outer box is severely deformed, damaged, the sealing packaging tape is broken or missing, or the sealing tape is incomplete, or there are obvious signs of being opened or tampered with, please report it to us immediately.Please open the box and inspect the goods in person!If there is a shortage or damage, please do not remove the goods first. Contact us at the freight station to negotiate; otherwise, signing after the delivery will be considered as no objection to accepting the goods.

III. About Returns and Exchanges

1. Exchange or return for free if there is no quality problem:
Wholesale category:For personal reasons, if you need to return the product, please ensure that it does not affect the resale of the product. If the product is damaged due to the return transportation, it will significantly affect the resale, and the refund will be 80% of the original price. Please note that the return shipping costs will be borne by the buyer. For items with free shipping, the shipping costs we paid will be deducted.
Substitute class: Support a 7-day no-reason return policy, ensuring that the product is not affected by resale. For free shipping items, the shipping cost will be deducted (the specific shipping cost depends on the size of the product, and the shipping cost will vary depending on the product).

2. Quality problem returns and exchanges:
Wholesale category:The appearance of quality problems in productsThe return logistics freight for exchange orders with a total weight of 20KG or more will be borne by our store.If you want to return the goods early due to not meeting the weight requirements, the transportation costs for both ways will be borne by the buyer. For products with low value, please contact customer service to register, and they will be sent together with the next return shipment.

3. Damage during transportation: Please open the box in front of the logistics or courier personnel to inspect. The cardboard box has elasticity, while plastic toys do not, so it is possible that the outer box is not damaged, but the contents are damaged. Please ensure that you inspect the goods before signing for them. Product damage within 5% is considered normal. We will provide a service to re-order and send replacement parts for repair, but we do not send them separately. The transportation is completed by a third-party logistics company, which is beyond our control.
