1. Freight Instructions
The default shipping method for our store is express delivery (China Post Express, YTO Express), and if you need another shipping method, please contact our customer service for pricing and to make changes to the shipping fee. For larger quantities, please contact the store owner. After the seller calculates the transportation costs, they will report them to the merchant. Logistics can be prepaid or collect, and both are at the buyer's expense. The transportation is completed by a third-party logistics company, and as it is beyond the control of the merchant, any additional costs incurred due to factors such as weather, vehicle scheduling, traffic conditions, or other factors during the transportation process are beyond our risk and other expenses. The estimated transportation time is for reference only and is not part of the contract or a reason for returning the goods.

3. Color Difference between the Product and the Image
All products are photographed with high-definition pixels to as accurately as possible represent the angles and colors of the products themselves. However, due to the different resolutions of each computer, there may be color differences. Furthermore, products may be updated and redesigned due to batch adjustments. Please refer to the actual product for accuracy. All dimensions are measured manually, with an error of 1-2CM considered normal.

4、Signature Instructions
Please the buyer personally sign for the parcel when receiving it, and verify the contents on the spot. If you find any discrepancies in quantity or damage to the goods, please seal it back in its original condition and refuse to sign, immediately contacting the shop owner in the presence of the courier. After confirmation by the buyer, the item can be returned. Once the parcel is signed for, the shop will not be responsible for any issues, so please be careful! The same applies to any problems that arise after someone else signs for the parcel. Therefore, please ensure that the buyer personally signs for the parcel!
Damage: The responsibility for damage caused by transportation will not be borne by our company (it is recommended to choose logistics companies like Dewang or Anneng with insurance). However, we have an obligation to do our utmost to assist our clients in resolving this issue. Our company will adopt double-layer packaging, adding cushioning materials, and compact stacking methods to avoid damage. Please (or other persons authorized to receive goods) must inspect the quantity and appearance of the goods together with the courier (this is your right), if the quantity is incorrect or the appearance is damaged, please have the courier sign to confirm.

5. About After-sales Return and Exchange
Return Policy: If the product itself suffers from quality issues leading to the loss of its intended functions, we will process a return or exchange, but the shipping fee will be borne by the buyer (most issues can be resolved by simple methods such as changing the battery, adjusting the battery placement, or connecting the wires...). For reasons such as poor sales or not meeting expectations, which are not due to quality issues with the product itself, we will not provide a return or exchange. (Please provide feedback to our customer service within 15 days of receiving the goods for assistance, as after 15 days, we will not process any returns or exchanges. Please be informed.)
Our store products are not supported by retail customers for personal use. Orders of this type are not supported for returns or exchanges, and after-sales service is not available. (Orders of less than 12 sets (excluding 12 sets) are considered retail orders and are not supported for returns, exchanges, or after-sales service.

6. About Shipping
Our store's shipment volume is increasing day by day, and because toy products move too fast, we often run out of stock. Especially during the peak sales season, sales volume increases, and we often run out of stock after a while. Therefore, it is possible that some orders may not be available after placing them. Therefore, it is normal for the shipping period to be one to three days. We will try to arrange early shipping as much as possible. We will try to ship the goods on the same day if we have them, and we will arrange the goods within three days for those without them. Please understand and forgive!
The solution to the shortage problem: In general, we will contact the consignee to inform them of the shortage reason and obtain their consent to replace the style or color. If we cannot contact the consignee, the default principle is to send as much as we can according to the order. The remaining payment will be fully refunded to the purchaser.
