Wholesale after-sales rules

1. Replacement of damaged fault table
if there is no feedback within 7 days after the express delivery is signed, the default products are all good.

For more than 10 problem tables within 2 months of orders, contact customer service for replacement. We (the seller) are responsible for the return postage;
if 10 items are not accumulated, the buyer shall be responsible for the postage for the replacement; If the order is more than 2 months, the replacement will not be handled.
In order to let customers get products with more price advantages, they are low-value and low-profit. When the number of watches is small, the freight may be higher than the value of the products themselves. Please understand.

2. Replacement of non-fault tables
if the product is not a quality problem (including minor defects) and needs to be replaced, replace the same product with different colors or other styles according to the following discount price:
within one month of the order, it shall be calculated at 10% off the value of the goods, and the postage for replacement shall be borne by the buyer;
the order is calculated as 20% off of the value of the goods within 2 months, and the replacement postage shall be borne by the buyer;
within 3 months of the order, the replacement postage shall be borne by the buyer.
Orders over 3 months are not processed after sales.
If the number of exchanges exceeds 500, or the number of exchanges exceeds 50% of the corresponding order quantity, or the after-sales style is clearance style, no return or exchange will be processed.

  About Mixed Batch
picking up the goods is scattered, one or two, more styles and less orders, because the ordered styles are too scattered, it takes a lot of time to find the goods, so if there are out-of-stock colors, the quantity of the same type will be increased or other colors of the same type will be sent instead of delivery, and the total number of orders will be shipped together.   About shipment

due to the huge daily shipment volume, wholesale customers only do appearance inspection before shipment. It is inevitable that defective item will be placed during the period. Please exchange the goods according to the first and second items above.
