Wholesale Terms 1: All products sold by our company support returns within seven days from the date of system-displayed receipt signature. Returns are not supported after seven days. 2: Within 15 days from the date of express delivery receipt signature, products can be exchanged if they are unopened and can be resold. 3: For official activities with free shipping, if the customer makes a return or exchange without reason, they must bear the shipping and return shipping costs. 4: Minor stains on the product packaging do not constitute quality issues. Due to the inevitable friction during delivery, these stains do not affect the quality of the product. 5: If the product has a slight odor, this does not constitute a quality issue. New shoes may have a slight odor due to not being worn, but it does not affect health. 6: If there are quality issues or a shortage of goods after receiving the shipment, the buyer must contact the seller within 12 hours from the time of receipt to verify the situation. If the time limit is exceeded, the buyer must assume the responsibility. 7: If the peak period is delayed due to express factors, it has nothing to do with the seller. 8: The link price does not include tax.
