1. The status indicator light for the Xbox dual charger stand is blue, indicating that it is charging. The light turns off when charging is complete, and it automatically turns off after being fully charged.

2. Charging batteries have protective functions, and they will only start charging when the battery level drops to a certain value.
 For example, if the battery is above 70%, plugging in the cable won't charge it because the lifespan of a rechargeable battery is mainly determined by the number of charge cycles. Charging it when it's already fairly full is essentially reducing the battery's lifespan.
 If the battery pack is only at 20% charge, when you plug in to start charging, after 5 hours, the charge reaches 80%. The indicator light has been blue the whole time. If you accidentally unplug the charging cable at this point, when you plug it back in, since the battery is already quite charged, it won't continue charging, and the indicator light turns blue. Of course, if the charging cable wasn't unplugged, it would continue charging until 100% before stopping, and the indicator light would turn off once fully charged.
 If the charging cable is accidentally dislodged while charging, the battery is at 70% charge. When reconnecting the cable, the indicator light will turn blue, indicating that charging has stopped. However, the battery will not charge further in this situation, and the use time will be significantly shorter than if it were fully charged naturally.
