Reminder:
1. Minimum order quantity: The minimum order quantity for each product is 500 units. If the customer’s required quantity is lower than the minimum order quantity, please discuss the details with the sales representative.
2. Quotation: The general quotation includes shipping costs.
3. Prototype: All styles can be prototyped based on the actual product sample or images provided by the customer. The fabric material can be selected according to client requirements to control the unit cost of the product. If mold or printing templates are required, please confirm the prototype cost with the salesperson before prototyping. Once the prototype is approved, send it back for signature so that materials can be ordered and mass production can be carried out based on the sample.
4. LOGO: The trademark, text, and design can be printed on the product according to your company’s requirements.
5. Order contract: The parties confirm the product style, quantity, unit price, color, material, LOGO production process, and delivery time, and then sign an order contract. All matters shall be in accordance with the terms of the contract.
6. Production time: Generally, the production time for fabrics in stock is about 30 days. For urgent orders, production can be prioritized based on the workshop scheduling, and delivery can be arranged earlier as much as possible. Orders for special materials and colors may require an additional 10–20 days. The production timeline depends on the quantity ordered.
7. Packaging method: Each unit is packaged in OPP bags (transparent plastic bags). Customers with specific packaging requirements should communicate beforehand when placing orders or indicate this in the contract. The outer box is made of high-quality, durable cardboard boxes to prevent damage during transportation.
8. Payment method: A 30% deposit is required when placing an order. Before delivery, you may inspect the goods at our factory or send sample products to your company for quality verification. After confirmation, pay the remaining 70% of the amount and then arrange shipment.
9. Shipping method: Shipping can be arranged according to customer requirements to the destination. Please indicate the payment method for shipping fees on the order form, or communicate in advance before placing the order.
