Reminder:
1. MOQ: The minimum order quantity of each product is 500. If the customer demand quantity is lower than the MoQ, please communicate with the salesman for details.
2. Quotation: General quotation including tax freight.
3. Proofing: all styles can be made according to the physical samples or pictures provided by the customer, and the fabric material can be selected according to the customer's requirements to control the cost and unit price of the product, if you need to make a mold or print grid board, please confirm the required proofing fee with the salesman before proofing. Confirm the sample and send it back to sign the sample, in order to order materials and produce large goods according to sample production.
4. LOGO: you can print the trademark, text and pattern on the product according to your company's requirements.
5. Order contract: Both parties confirm the product style, quantity, unit price, color, material, LOGO manufacturing process and delivery time, and then sign the order contract. All matters shall be subject to the provisions of the contract.
6. Production Time: generally, the production time of in stock fabrics is about 30 days. If you need goods very urgently, you can arrange production first according to the arrangement of orders in the workshop and deliver the goods in advance as far as possible. Special materials and colors order material need to be added for about 10 to 20 days. The length of the production period needs more or less quantity.
7. Packaging method: a single package is packed by OPP bag (transparent plastic bag). Customers with special packaging requirements should communicate well before placing an order or indicate on the contract. The outer box is made of high-quality durable carton, it can prevent product damage during transportation.
8. Payment method: 30% deposit is required when placing an order. Before delivery, you can go to our factory to inspect the goods or send large samples to your company to confirm the quality. After confirming OK, you can pay 70% of the balance and arrange delivery.
9. Mode of transportation: transportation can be sent to the destination according to the customer's requirements. Please specify the payment method of freight on purchase order or communicate well before purchase order.
