About fragile items damage:

（1）Due to the fragility of the goods, we sincerely recommend that each piece of goods be protected with a wooden crate. The cost of the wooden crate is 10 RMB/piece to 15 RMB/piece.

（2）Based on the wooden frame, if there are any damages, we will send you a replacement when we next restock.

（3）Without the condition of wooden frames, we will not be responsible for any damage. Please understand.

【Note】The majority of our factory's handicrafts are handmade, and some imperfections are unavoidable due to the individual nature of each product. These may include minor pitting and imperfections, as well as uneven clay particles.

This is also the characteristic of handmade crafts. All of our products are carefully selected and inspected through multiple processes to ensure that they are perfect. If you have any concerns or cannot accept minor imperfections, please be cautious when placing your order!
