Answer: All products in our store are priced without packaging, and the pendants do not come with chains. Earrings do not come with silver plugs. However, we guarantee that if there is a stockout, we will notify you within the same day and obtain your consent to handle the situation. If the phone is not answered or there is no one to pick up, we will handle the stockout by marking the missing styles on the sales slip. We will send out the styles that are in stock to customers first to avoid delaying other styles that customers need. If this causes any inconvenience to our customers, please understand and forgive!

1. Members should inspect the packaging of the goods when signing for them. If damage is found to have occurred during transportation, you should refuse to accept the goods and contact our customer service to discuss compensation and other issues in a timely manner. During production, merchants need to pre-pay for mold fees, which range from 0 to 100 yuan. After the mold sample is produced, we will communicate and confirm the verification before starting production.
