2、Product prototype:The typical prototype period is 3-7 days, with a prototype fee ranging from 200 to 600 yuan (additional charges apply for particularly complex prototypes, and a reduction may be given for particularly simple ones). If the order quantity reaches 500 or the total order amount is over 20,000 yuan, the prototype fee will be refunded. It is best for customers to provide physical prototypes for more accurate quotations, as well as to send clear product images of materials, specifications, and structure for the pattern making process. This helps to minimize any errors in the quotation. Customers are responsible for the shipping fees for sending prototypes to our factory. We do not accept unarranged prepaid shipping fees and refuse to accept any anonymous emails.

3. Sample with Customer's Logo: Can be printed, embroidery, heat transfer, hot stamping, embossing, hot stamping, etc. Zipper heads can also be molded.

4. Formal Order: The two parties confirm the style, quantity, material, unit price, advertising requirements (product can be screen printing, embroidery, custom made rubber stamps or custom made metal logos of different materials LOGO), and the delivery time, and sign a contract for equal cooperation business.

5. Product Packaging:When packaging, each package should be placed with desiccants according to the requirements, and the PP bag is packaged. The number of boxes should be determined according to the actual specifications. The packaging is seamless, and the outer box has double-layer packing straps, which makes it safer during transportation.

6. Payment Method:When placing an order, a 30% deposit is required to be paid to the factory. Before delivery, you can come to our factory to inspect the goods or we can provide you with product photos. After paying the remaining 70% balance to the factory, the goods will be shipped. You can also choose to have the logistics company handle the collection of payments, where you can inspect the goods at the local logistics company before making the payment and picking up the goods.

7. After-sales Service:If a quality issue with the product is caused by the factory, the customer may return the product to the factory for free repair. If there are any issues with the use of the product, the customer can consult the factory at any time for the correct usage method. We will not be responsible for any damage to the goods caused by long-distance transportation or for any delays due to factors such as transportation or uncontrollable human factors.
