Return and Exchange Policy: For products with quality issues that result in the loss of their intended functions, we will process a return or exchange, but the shipping costs will be borne by the buyer (most issues can be resolved by simple methods such as changing the batteries, adjusting the battery placement, or reconnecting the wires...). To save time and improve efficiency, our product prices have been set at the lowest standard we can afford, and we no longer accept negotiation.

Transportation is completed by a third-party logistics company, which is beyond our control. The transportation time is affected by numerous factors such as weather, vehicle scheduling, and traffic conditions. The estimated transportation time we provide is for reference only and is not part of the contract. It also cannot be used as a reason for returning the goods.
