1: This product is a DIY material kit that requires self-inflation and installation. All materials are custom-made.

2: Please contact customer service after receiving the goods to request the installation video! Do not install based on your own intuition.

3: Novices can try a small amount first, and it is not recommended to purchase a large amount.

4: As minor damage or performance issues during transportation are considered normal, we can provide a second shipment of replacement parts together with the after-sales service, but we do not support the return of the product due to such problems.(This product is non-refundable once it has been opened and used. If you reject the product or return it unopened for a refund, and it is not due to a problem with our store's product, you will be responsible for the return shipping fees.）

5:00Due to the special material of the Bubble Ball, the summer ball skin is suitable for temperatures of 30-35 degrees, and the winter ball skin is used at temperatures of 10-15 degrees. This Bubble Ball is a stretch ball, which is better than ordinary balloons. Some cases of not being round or leaning to one side do not belong to quality problems. If the Bubble Ball bursts during blowing or breaks after installation, it is considered installation damage, and the factory is not responsible for this. Contact the customer service for the normal installation operation procedure, do not be in a hurry. (The air pump is a complimentary item and is not included in the compensation range and cannot be sent separately).

6: The product is shipped with free postage when the minimum order quantity is 30 sets. For example: 10 sets of cartoon, 10 sets of feathers, 10 sets of two pieces. (All styles are selected freely, and the patterns are shipped randomly).
