3. Sometimes during transportation and use, air will enter the second Jack of the hydraulic system and affect the normal operation of the jack, so the air in the system should be discharged.

    A. Remove the cover plate, open the oil plug, and let the air overflow;

    B. Relax dump valve counterclockwise;

     C. Quickly pull the handle up and down several times;

    D. Close dump valve, put back the cover plate, and the Jack can be used normally.

1. When the jack is not used, the rocker arm should be at the lowest position to avoid affecting the precision and corrosion of the oil pump, keep the Jack clean, and often fill the external moving parts with 20# oil.

2. Before each use, check whether the Jack has welding cracks and whether the parts and fasteners are lost, loose, broken, deformed and other appeals. The Jack cannot be used.
