3. Express Logistics: Our default express delivery is (YTO Express). If you need any other express delivery, please contact our online customer service. For urgent goods, please contact the customer service to change to (SF Express). For bulk goods, please inform the customer service of the latest logistics company address and the name of the freight station for transportation. This will allow you to pick up the goods in the shortest time and the nearest distance. Hereby solemnly declares: both express delivery and logistics are beyond our control. Please do not use the service attitude and arrival time of the express and logistics as the basis for our evaluation.

4. About Receiving: Please personally sign for the goods upon delivery. If someone like family members, friends, or the gatekeeper signs for you, it will be considered as if you have personally signed. Please ensure to open and inspect the goods on the spot before signing. If there are any damage to the goods during transportation, please verify it directly with the delivery personnel, claim compensation, or refuse to accept the delivery.

5. About after-sales service: If there are any quality issues within three days from the date of receipt, please contact us immediately. We will provide a reply for return or exchange, but we will not accept any requests after this period. If there are no quality issues, there will be no return or exchange processing. If the buyer's purchase is solely due to personal dislikes, significant differences from the images, dissatisfaction, or not as good as expected, the product is not allowed to be returned or exchanged.
