Purchase Terms:

All the products in our store are taken with actual photos. Each product has detailed descriptions, materials, dimensions, and weights. Dimensions and weights are measured manually, and there may be some errors.

Product Description: Material, packaging, and ordering methods are all described on the product description page. Please place your order according to the instructions. If you have any other needs, you can place your order after consulting with the customer service.

Color difference explanation: Due to differences in camera, lighting, and computer monitors, there may be some color differences and color variations. This does not constitute a quality issue, and the product is subject to actual goods.

About shipping: After the buyer places an order and makes payment, we will ship the goods within 72 hours (excluding holidays). Customized products will be shipped according to the agreement between both parties.

In the case of stock shortages in the warehouse, we will contact you by phone or Alipay.

If you need to send a specified logistics express, please contact our online customer service or call us.

Large consignment items are shipped by default using logistics carriers. Please inform the customer service of the nearest logistics company address, the name of the freight station, or any special remarks in the note.

Please do not use the dissatisfaction with the delivery and logistics service attitude and the length of the arrival time as the basis for our evaluation.

If you have not received the goods by the due date or if there are quality issues with the goods, you can make a return or exchange request to protect your rights.

Regarding the receipt: please personally confirm and sign for the goods upon delivery. If there are any damage to the goods during transportation, please immediately inform the delivery personnel or refuse to accept the goods.

About after-sales service: If there are any quality or mis-shipping, missing issues within seven days from the date of receipt, please contact us. If there are no quality issues, the products sold will not be subject to exchange or return processing.
