Express Delivery:
Under normal circumstances, the goods will be shipped within 48 hours after the order is placed, and they will be delivered within 3-5 days (excluding legal public holidays).
Return and Exchange Process:
If there are any quality issues or mistakes in the product, you can contact the seller within 48 hours of receiving the goods to apply for a return/exchange service. Once the seller confirms that the conditions are met, the return/exchange process can be operated according to the procedure.
Step 1: Please contact the seller on Alipay first to confirm whether the return and exchange conditions are met (it is recommended that you take a photo of the received goods for your records).
Step 2: Return the goods and keep the delivery receipt. The postage must be paid by the buyer in advance (the seller refuses to accept the freight collect items).
In order to ensure the smooth processing of your return/exchange, please ensure that the order number and contact information are included with the parcel.
Return and Exchange Fee Policy:
If the problem is due to a quality issue or a mistake in the shipment, the postage will be borne by the seller, and the buyer must advance the postage (the seller will not accept postage collect items).
The seller will inspect the goods within 2 working days after receiving them and will handle the return, exchange, and postage issues.
Special Return and Exchange Policy (Please Confirm with the Merchant Prior to Application):
The packaging has been opened and cannot be restored, which affects the secondary sale (except for quality issues).
Damage caused by deliberate human action or by forces beyond human control.
