About the Product

1. The hair accessories are basically handmade, and large packages are shipped. Commonly seen friction marks, pearl scratches, excess glue imprint, slight size asymmetry, and random cut of floral fabric are all default!

2. Due to differences in light, monitors, and individual color perceptions, color discrepancies are unavoidable. Please understand and accept this, and the colors should be judged by the actual products.
3. The characteristics of alloy will fade to varying degrees over time; please be aware of this.
4. Dimensions and weights, due to the different manual measurement methods, any errors are normal phenomena. Please refer to the actual goods received.

This process is only applicable to non-customized products (customized products are subject to mutual agreement, and default non-quality issues do not support returns or exchanges).

02 After-sales service efficiency            

Within 48 hours after receipt, if a quality issue is discovered, the customer service department will register and handle it. If the quality issue is confirmed, we will support a refund (the company will bear the shipping costs). 

1. Please confirm if the goods you want to return meet the corresponding return and exchange conditions.

2. Register the relevant exchange information with customer service (please be sure to contact customer service personnel to handle it).
3. Log in to your 1688 account, select the product, and click on the return option. Select the refund reason as "Consensus with the Seller."
4. After the refund officer approves your application, return the goods to the following address. (Refuse to receive cash on delivery!)
After sending the goods, you need to re-enter the return page and click "Fill in Logistics Information" to fill in the logistics company, logistics order number, and contact phone number.
6. After we receive your returned goods and confirm the approval (confirming that the accessories are complete and do not affect resale), we will process a refund for you within the prescribed time frame.
Your returned item application has been rejected, possibly because the application method does not comply with the relevant regulations. Please contact customer service as soon as possible to avoid delaying the refund process.
