1. We sell inflatable balloons that need to be inflated by the customer. The freight is only a reference. Please contact the customer service to modify the freight after submitting the order.

2. Due to the special nature of balloons, the typical loss rate for domestic balloons is around 5%, so please order spare balloons based on the loss rate. Please verify the quantity of goods upon receipt and if there are any discrepancies, please handle them within 3 days. Thank you for your cooperation!

3. When inflating the balloon, it is recommended to use devices that allow you to control the amount of air, such as pushing or stepping on the balloon. Generally, the aluminum film balloon should be inflated to about 70%. Please do not overinflate the balloon to prevent it from breaking, which could affect its use and cause damage to the balloon.
