【Wholesale Distribution After-sales Rules】：

1. If there are any quality problems with the product, please contact customer service within 7 days of order receipt (30 days for wholesale customers) to handle it (take photos or videos of the product and inform the customer service). After verification and confirmation, the postage will be borne by us. If the return is detected to have no quality problems after our side testing, the return freight needs to be borne by yourself. (Make sure the packaging is intact, and no handling will be accepted if it has been used).
2. For non-quality issues or returns without reasons, please contact customer service within 7 days after the order is received (30 days for wholesale customers), and the shipping cost will be at your own expense. The product cannot be opened, has not been used, and the packaging is intact, and it cannot affect the resale.
3. If you discover a shortage or omission after signing for the goods, please contact us within 7 days to handle it. Take photos of all the products and the shipping list and inform the customer service. We will verify with the warehouse and check the shipping videos. If it is confirmed that there is a shortage or omission, we will give you a satisfactory solution. If you contact us after the time limit, we will not handle it!
Attention: If upon receipt you find that the delivery package is damaged or compressed, please take photos and refuse to accept it. We will arrange for a re-delivery after contacting us. Otherwise, any shortage, lack of goods, or appearance-related issues affecting sales after receipt are your responsibility.
