1. The balloon printing quantity is 1000 pieces. The price is for single-sided printing. For double-sided printing, each balloon will incur an additional 5-cent double-sided processing fee (the more you order, the cheaper the unit price will be!)

2. Orders will be shipped within three days after confirmation, except during the peak festival season. For detailed timing, please consult the customer service.

3. Customers will send us the printing content via Wangwang, QQ, or email. Our staff will design it, and then send the sample to the customer for confirmation. (We will copy the content you send to us for layout. Due to the large number of orders every day, we are only responsible for the design and layout. We will send you the sample after it is ready. The customer must check the text content themselves, and must be very careful, as once the sample is set, it cannot be modified.

4. Advertising balloons need to be fully inflated, then the mold is pressed against the balloon, and then printing is carried out on the flat surface pressed out. Therefore, there is friction between the mold and the balloon, and during the printing process, about 3%-5% of the thinner balloons may be damaged. The thicker the balloon, the less damage, and the thinner the balloon, the more damage. Currently, all domestic balloon manufacturers that make custom balloons follow this rule, and it is not just my family that is an exception. Please do not use this normal range of losses to trouble the customer service. By placing an order, you are deemed to have agreed.

5. Balloons are small commodities, and advertising balloons are printed by machine screen printing, which cannot avoid minor LOGO edge leakage/some balloons not printed with characters/printing blurring phenomena. Please confirm whether you accept these other defects before shooting. If you do not agree, please do not shoot. Do not receive the goods after receiving the goods, take a few defect products to send photos to me, and ask how to deal with it aggressively. There will be losses and defects in the printing process. The company never guarantees what it cannot do. Normal losses and defect rates are not within the scope of quality. Please read it carefully before shooting. Shooting is considered as recognition.

6. In the workshop, there are several production lines running at the same time. When the balloons are inflated with the printed text, due to the large elasticity of the latex balloons, it is inevitable that some balloons with other customers' text may get mixed in with your balloons. This is a normal phenomenon. Please do not accept this if you do not agree. Do not take any action!

7. Customers with special needs must promptly inform the shop owner through Alibaba Messenger (e.g., color, model, etc.). Please do not leave a message in the order for the purchased item. Remember this.

8. Balloons are special custom-made products. After printing, balloons have no secondary use value. Except for quality problems of the goods, we do not accept returns or exchanges without reasons within seven days!

9. Due to the differences in each computer monitor and the lighting conditions of the shooting environment, there may be some color differences, which are unavoidable. Balloons are small goods, and sometimes, due to the different concentrations of color paste in different batches, there may be slight color differences, either deeper or lighter. Color differences are not quality problems, and those who are cautious should be careful to shoot.

Balloon colors: red, orange, yellow, green, pink, purple, blue. Due to different batches and weights, there may be some color differences in the intensity of the balloon colors. For example, a 1.3g purple may be lighter, while a 2.3g purple may be darker, etc. If you are very very strict about color intensity, it is recommended that you contact me to specify which model you want. I can send you the actual shot photos of the goods at that time. The balloon effect pictures are imported into the CDR software, so there will be color differences. The color must be accurate according to the actual object. The color intensity does not affect the quality of the balloon. Please be aware.

11, an important note: during the printing process of balloons, the balloons need to be fully inflated, and then the mold presses the sphere, printing the words on the small flat surface pressed out. Therefore, the size of the pattern is specified, and it cannot be infinitely enlarged by your imagination. This point, please make sure to understand! For those with more words, they should be smaller, and for those with fewer words, they should appear larger.
