Sample Explanation:
1. Custom water cups require the provision of AI or other source file design drafts, international Pantone color card numbers, and confirmation of the sample making details to calculate the cost. Sample making takes about 7-12 days, and this time does not include the production time for the bulk order.
2. Heat transfer printing is charged based on the number of colors for the logo printing, with a set-up fee based on the number of colors.
3. It is recommended to use 1-2 colors for screen printing LOGO.
4. The cost of die-cutting plates, silk-screen plates, and heat transfer plates can provide accurate quotes with design sketches.
5. The freight costs for sending out the samples shall be borne by the purchaser.
Packing Instructions:
Individual cups are placed into OPP bags or into OPP bags followed by the eggshell cardboard box. Customized white boxes, colored boxes, and kraft paper boxes are available, with custom fees calculated separately.
Shipping Instructions:
Our side will handle the shipping arrangements, and the freight costs will be borne by the buyer.
