Question: What express delivery service do you use?
Answer: Small items are sent by YTO Express, and large items are sent by YTO Express. Large quantities are sent by logistics, and local Yiwu can be delivered for free.

Question: How long will it take to receive the goods?
Answer: After shipping, it usually takes 2-3 days, and in remote areas, it takes 5-6 days to arrive.

Question: When will the shipment be made?
Answer: Orders taken before 4 PM will be dispatched as soon as possible that day.

Question: How long does it take to deliver a custom product?
Answer: After confirming the order and making the payment, it will take 7 to 10 working days, depending on the actual order.

Question: Do all the images on your website have stock?
Answer: Apart from the made-to-order area, we basically have stock; because we have a large number of wholesale customers, there may occasionally be temporary stockouts of individual products. If there is a stockout, our customer service will promptly notify you for an exchange. If you do not agree to the exchange, we will promptly refund the excess payment to you in time.
