1. All products in our store are sold without stock on hand, and we accept one-time order processing. The product styles are relatively fixed, and the images are universal throughout the store. After you have selected the style, you can directly contact the customer service to change the images. You can use any images from the store, or you can take your own images. After the designer completes the work, they will show you the product images first, and if there are no problems, they will arrange for the production directly.

Product production cycle: Generally, the goods will be shipped within 3 days, but some products may take longer. Please be patient and wait.

3. Orders are primarily placed through online transactions. We have an Alibaba store, and all orders are completed through this platform. We ensure the security of your funds and honest transactions.

II. Agent Process

1. No franchise fee, free to provide product images, product quality descriptions, etc.

2. As per your request, we will ship to the third-party address you provided. For cross-border shipments, please contact customer service to modify the courier fee. Cross-border courier services are generally provided by E-Pak, and the charges are based on the official pricing.

3. Should have a certain amount of online time and sales experience with the product, and as much as possible to manage the distribution agent's products.

4. Regularly or irregularly pay attention to your store, and offer suggestions and opinions as needed.

Order Processing

1. Unless it is a quality issue, we do not accept returns or exchanges for any other reasons (please do not make a purchase if you have any concerns). If you have any questions before placing an order, please consult our customer service.

The cut-off time for orders at our store is 3 PM. Orders placed before 3 PM will be arranged for production that same day, while those placed after 3 PM will be arranged for the next day. Large orders will be prioritized for urgent processing.

3. Our default shipping method is China Post, and for larger orders we may use Best or Deyang. If you need to change to another courier, please contact customer service to make up the postage or pay directly at the time of delivery.
