Instructions:

Press and hold the 'POWER' button on the screen for 1-3 seconds to power on the device and enter a sensor preheating countdown process of about 10 seconds.

When you see the word 'BIOW' on the screen, start blowing air (blow continuously into the air hole for about 3-6 seconds, enter a reaction period of about 5 seconds, and the test results will be displayed on the LCD. After about 5 seconds, the device will automatically turn off.

Place the mouth close to the exhale test sensor and exhale continuously into the sensor for 3-6 seconds.

The display screen can read the test results.

When the test results fall within the following range, the word "Caution" will appear.

BAC (or 0.5 g/l)

The mandatory national standard for the blood alcohol concentration of drivers of motor vehicles: Driving a motor vehicle with blood alcohol concentration equal to or greater than 0.2mg/ml is considered drunk driving; Driving a motor vehicle with blood alcohol concentration equal to or greater than 0.8mg/ml is considered drunk driving.

Alarm sound explanation:
When the test result is lower than the preset alarm point and the difference is greater than 0.2‰BAC, the digital display shows the test result and there is no alarm sound.
When the test result is lower than the preset alarm point, and the difference is less than or equal to 0.2‰BAC, the digital display shows the test result, and there is a pre-alarm sound. (This function is only available when the alarm point is greater than 0.20‰BAC.)

Product Usage
1. Open the battery cover of the device's rear shell, and insert 3 AAA, 1.5V batteries according to the polarity into the device. Then, reinstall the battery cover, and the device is ready to use.

Press the "Power On" button, accompanied by a short beep, the backlight lights up, and the screen displays a countdown from 100 to 000, with the word "WAIT" displayed at the bottom of the screen, indicating that the machine is running the preheating program. Please do not blow at this time, as it may affect the accuracy of the test. When the preheating is complete, the "WAIT" display disappears, the detector emits a beep, and the word "BLOW" appears at the same time. The letter "C" moves, and you can now begin the next step of the breath alcohol test.

Explanation: During the preheating process, the countdown speed is related to the concentration of the last test. The lower the concentration, the faster the countdown, otherwise it will be slower.

3. The subject takes a deep breath, and when the letter 'C' on the screen begins to move, they should aim the blow nozzle at the machine and blow continuously and evenly until the machine emits a beep, then stop blowing.

Blow the end, the screen moves to show the symbol, at the same time shows "TEST" character, indicating that the test results are being analyzed. At this time, do not blow, otherwise it will affect the test results. After the analysis is over, the concentration value displayed on the screen is the alcohol content in the exhaled gas of the test person. This value will remain for a few seconds, and then the machine will automatically turn off.

To perform the next test, you must press the 'Power On' button again, and the process should follow the steps 2 to 4 as described above.

Instruction Manual
