5. About Defects

All the products in our store are photographed with actual items. Due to the fact that glass products are mass-produced by machines, they are not handmade crafts, and some inherent defects in the process are unavoidable. Common defects may include, but are not limited to: minor bubbles, mold patterns, cup-toward drawing, trace amounts of impurities, uneven cup mouths blown by machine or manually, all of which are normal phenomena. Glass products do not provide after-sales service except for damage. Due to the fact that the colors of sprayed products are applied later, long-term friction, abrasion by hard objects, or exposure to the sun can cause color loss, which is a normal phenomenon and does not constitute a quality issue. We cannot achieve perfection. Customers who require perfection or are sensitive to these issues should be cautious in their purchases. We do not aim for the best, but for value. 5. About Customization

Customized products require a 30% deposit as a down payment to cover the initial costs. Once the bulk production is completed, we will take photos and send them to the client for confirmation or send samples. According to our company's policy, the balance payment must be cleared before the shipment is arranged. We do not support cash on delivery due to the fact that customized products cannot be resold, so we do not offer exchanges or returns for customized products.
