Wholesale instructions
1. Dear, wholesale profit is thin, and there is no free shipping. You can mix the batch, but the products in the mixed batch need to meet the minimum order quantity requirements (the minimum order quantity for different products is different).
2. Wholesale orders will be sent via logistics. There are two types of logistics: self-collection and delivery. After submitting the order, please contact customer service to modify the freight. (For self-collection logistics, it can only be sent to cities at the county level. General towns cannot be reached. You cannot refuse to receive because it is inconvenient or too far. Otherwise, the resulting costs will be borne by the buyer). We cannot guarantee the speed of transportation on the way. The transportation time in different regions is different. If the guests have a very clear requirement for time, please do not place an order. If the order is not received in time after the arrival, and the guest does not want the goods, the guest will bear all the losses themselves.
3. Full damage compensation. (Note: If there is any damage, please provide the damage photos within 48 hours after receiving the goods and contact the customer service. After the customer service confirms, the equal amount of the damaged vase will be directly refunded, and the shipping fee is not refundable. No replacement will be provided, and no claims will be accepted after the time limit. Please accept it and take a photo.)
4. All product quotes do not include shipping fees, freight, or taxes. All crafts require plywood crating, with a fee of 10 RMB per item. For larger orders, using pallets for shipping ensures greater safety and reliability.
5. After placing an order, we will notify the warehouse to prepare the goods and create a wooden crate as soon as possible. Once the order is placed, we generally do not offer refunds. If there are special reasons for a refund, we will deduct the labor and packaging material costs. Once the goods have been shipped, we do not offer returns or refunds. Please be informed.
6. Due to multi-channel sales, inventory fluctuations are large. If there is a temporary shortage, after the buyer receives the goods and checks them, they can contact us to return the difference in the shortage.
7. The customer shall check the quantity and quality of the goods within 2 days of receiving them. If there are any problems, they should promptly feed back to the after-sales customer service for processing. If there are no objections within 2 days of receiving the goods, it will be considered that there are no problems with this cooperation and the transaction will be completed.
8. All the vase images on our store are taken from actual products, as close to the actual items as possible. However, due to differences in lighting, angles, and different monitors, as well as individual differences in color perception, color discrepancies are unavoidable.
Warm Tip
1. Due to the blowing process used for the glass art products, there may be a few bubbles and stream lines. However, the bubbles are within the range specified by the national glass industry standards. The bubbles and stream lines are not product defects but characteristics of blown glass. This is to be noted! Perfectionists should be cautious when purchasing!
2. The actual product is measured by hand and may have some errors. Please understand and forgive!
3. Blown glass vases have varying thicknesses, and no two are exactly the same. Please be aware of this!
