【Wholesale Distribution After-sales Rules】:
1. If there are any quality problems with the product, please contact customer service within 7 days of order receipt (for wholesale customers, within 30 days) to handle it (take photos or videos of the product and inform the customer service). After verification and confirmation, the return shipping fee will be borne by us (the buyer needs to prepay the return shipping fee in advance). If the return is detected to have no quality problems after our side inspection, the return shipping fee needs to be borne by yourself.
2. Non-quality issues, no-reason returns, etc. Customers with consignment orders should contact customer service within 7 days of order receipt for processing, and the freight is at their own expense. The product cannot be opened, has not been used, and the packaging is intact, and cannot affect secondary sales.
3. For wholesale customers, if there are no quality issues, they can exchange the goods at the original price within 90 days after the order is signed, and they can return the goods at a 70% discount. After 120 days, they can exchange the goods at an 80% discount and return the goods at a 50% discount. The shipping costs will be borne by the customer. The product cannot be opened, has not been used, and the packaging is intact, and it cannot affect the secondary sales. If the order is signed after 120 days, it will not be exchanged or returned.
4. If you discover a shortage or omission after signing for the goods, please contact us within 7 days to handle it. Take photos of all products and the shipping list and inform the customer service. We will verify with the warehouse and retrieve the shipping video to check. If it is confirmed that there is a shortage or omission, we will send a replacement or process a refund. If you contact us after the time limit, we will not process it!
