Due to the vastness of the Chinese territory, we do not know how far the logistics destination is from you. We can only guarantee that the goods will arrive in the city you are in, and cannot guarantee that they will arrive near your residence. If you have a specific logistics, please provide us with the logistics phone number, and the driver will deliver the goods to the specified logistics receiving point. If you only provide the name of the specified logistics (there are thousands of logistics in Guangzhou), it is equivalent to looking for a needle in a haystack, which is difficult to find! In the absence of specified logistics, we send dedicated logistics (the price is relatively economical and practical). Some dedicated logistics do not have names, for example: Guangzhou-Chengdu or Kunming receiving point.

Secondly, for the 'one piece minimum' items, there is a shipping fee set. If you need to ship in bulk, please contact our customer service to modify the shipping fee. For large items in Guangdong, Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Shanghai, and Anhui regions, if you need to send by express, please contact our online customer service to modify the shipping fee. We will help you pay for it now (express payment is more than one times cheaper than payment on delivery). Express is defaulted to STO and YTO.

Three, after we ship the goods, we will leave the logistics order number and tracking information in the background. If you need to trace the progress of the freight transport, please open the background, call the logistics phone provided in the background, and report your order number for inquiry.

If you need to send the brand logistics (the logistics cost is slightly expensive), such as: Deyong Logistics, Xibang Logistics, Jiaji Logistics, Tiandi Huayu Logistics, etc., please inform the online customer service or leave a message to specify.

Five, the logistics speed is uncertain due to the logistics business situation, the distance of the journey, and the weather conditions. Normally (excluding the day of shipment): it takes about 2 days to reach the Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Anhui, and Shanghai regions, and it takes 3-4 days to reach the provincial capital cities (Xining, Urumqi, Harbin takes 5-6 days). County/prefecture-level cities require an additional 1-2 days for transfer depending on the distance (some remote areas extend by 3-5 days). Some developed counties/prefecture-level cities have direct logistics, with the same speed as the provincial capital cities.
