6. The cured film has certain toughness, is resistant to dilute alkali and acid, and also has good oil resistance.
Usage Method:
1. The moisture content of wood should be controlled at 8-15%, as both high and low moisture content can affect the bonding quality.
2. Treat the substrate surface to ensure that it is free from oil, dust, and other contaminants. The bonding surface must be fully in contact.
3. The application of glue should be even and appropriate amount.
4. It can be cured at room temperature or by heating, but the highest temperature should not exceed 120°C. The curing time varies depending on the temperature, and it can be determined according to the actual situation.
5. When applying pressure, ensure that the pressure is sufficient and uniform. The pressure should be applied for at least 1.5 hours. After the pressure is released, the material should be allowed to rest for a period of time. To achieve better bonding results, allow the material to rest for 24 hours after the pressure is released, and then proceed with the processing. Test the material after 72 hours.
6. Can be mixed with some resins, such as urea-formaldehyde resin, phenol-formaldehyde resin, tri-hydroxymethylamine resin, etc., to improve its own water resistance and creep properties.
Usage Requirements:
The curing time of white latex is affected by indoor humidity and temperature. If used in an environment with high temperature and humidity, the setting and complete curing time of white latex may be delayed. On the contrary, if used in a dry and ventilated environment, the setting and complete curing time of white latex will be shortened.
Before using white glue to adhere materials, it is necessary to first clean the surface of the materials to be adhered. Use a cleaner such as alcohol to clean the surface of the materials, ensuring that the surface is clean and dry before using white glue for adhesion. When applying the glue, if you are using manual application, you need to use a brush to evenly apply the white glue. On one of the materials to be adhered, then adhere the other material to be adhered. After adhering, press the two materials together, and use tools such as clamps or tape to firmly attach the materials.
