| Usage Method: | 1. Before replacing the ink, please use the company's matching nozzle cleaning fluid to flush the printer pipeline, nozzle, and ink reservoir several times to ensure that there is no residual ink from the previous, to avoid chemical reactions between different types of ink causing nozzle clogging. 2. After the ink is injected into the ink cartridge or continuous ink supply system, please allow 20 minutes for the air bubbles to fully dissipate; 3. After completing the printing of test lines, set the printer's printing format to "mirror," and print as per the high-quality photo mode settings; 4. General printer paper is sufficient, but for better image quality, we recommend using heat transfer paper with special coating. To save on transfer costs, most customers use inkjet paper; 5. Choosing the temperature and time for thermal transfer: The temperature for thermal transfer should generally be controlled between 160-180°C, and the transfer time should be between 30-60 seconds. Adjustments should be made according to the size of your substrate and the conductivity of the material. The temperature differences between different manufacturers' transfer equipment can be significant, so it is recommended that you determine your transfer temperature and time through experimentation; 6. The quality of transfer is greatly affected by the coating on the substrate and the material of the fabric. If you cannot achieve the desired transfer effect, it is recommended to check the coating and fabric causes; 7. If the printer has not been used for a long time, it is recommended to clean it thoroughly with cleaning fluid, and then install the cleaning agent cartridge on the printer; or turn on the printer once a week to prevent the nozzle or ink reservoir from being clogged due to resin drying. |
