Generally, we have 30 units of 220V voltage in stock and can ship them on the same day. If you need 110V voltage, we can make them to order. The specific delivery date will be communicated with the customer service.

After-sales service for machines: The entire machine is covered by a one-year warranty (excluding damage caused by human intervention), and cup pads are considered consumables and are not covered by the warranty. Generally, each cup pad can print about 3,000 to 5,000 cups. If the machine exceeds the warranty period and a component fails, we can send the parts to the customer to teach them how to replace them or send them back to us for repair. We do not bear the shipping and return costs. For repair materials, we only charge for the material cost and do not charge for repair fees. If the machine is within the warranty period and suffers from damage not caused by human intervention, we will bear the shipping and return costs as well as repair fees, and the customer does not need to bear the material costs.

Regarding shipping: The factory has a large shipping volume, and generally ships within 48 hours. If the machine inventory is insufficient to meet the shipping volume, the customer service will communicate and negotiate with the guests for a specific shipping date in a timely manner.

Cup Sleeves: This baking cup machine is equipped with seven different sizes of cup sleeves: one large 11OZ cup sleeve, one small 10OZ cup sleeve, one 15OZ hiking bottle cup sleeve, one small 6OZ mini cup sleeve, one large 17OZ cone cup sleeve, one small 12OZ cone cup sleeve, and one 16OZ insulated cup cup sleeve.
