■ About the Products: All the products manufactured by our factory are subject to strict quality inspection. Only those that pass the quality test are allowed to be shipped. However, these are not high-end crafts with exorbitant prices but mechanically mass-produced stainless steel products. In case of minor silver scratches on some products, this is considered normal wear and tear and is not considered a quality issue. Note: Products with no quality issues are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Size issue: Stainless steel products are generally not full size, for example, a 26cm pot actually measures 25cm or 25.5cm, with a difference of about 1cm.
