1. To ensure the reasonable rest and vacation time of staff, only on-duty personnel are arranged on Sundays to handle orders and pre-sale services.

2. We do not ship on Sundays, and we also cannot perform operations such as tracking and refunding. Please understand. We will return to normal operations on Mondays, and all orders placed on Sundays will be shipped on Mondays. Receipts are available: If you need a receipt, please contact customer service.

About color difference:

Due to the reasons of photo shooting, there may be a slight color difference between the website images and the actual goods, which does not belong to quality problems. The final color should be subject to the actual goods. The color difference will not be used as the basis for negative feedback. Those who cannot accept this at all should be cautious when purchasing.

About the size:

Many customers see the product pictures and think they are good, so they directly take photos, ignoring that the appropriate enlargement of the product is to allow customers to inspect the actual product and details more closely. Please pay attention to the product parameters in the baby details when taking items.

2. Due to the incomplete address you provided, or because the phone was not suspended or turned off, the parcel was not delivered in time. Please contact the logistics company to collect the parcel. The shipping fee for returning the parcel to the shipping address due to non-delivery will be borne by you personally.

3. Express delivery: Default to the appropriate express delivery method.

Express Delivery:

Under normal circumstances, the goods will be shipped within 48 hours after the order is placed, and they will be delivered within 3-5 days (excluding legal public holidays).

Return and Exchange Process:

If there are any quality issues or mistakes in the product, you can contact the seller within 48 hours of receiving the goods to apply for a return/exchange service. Once the seller confirms that the conditions are met, the return/exchange process can be operated according to the procedure.

Step 1: Please contact the seller on Alipay first to confirm whether the return and exchange conditions are met (it is recommended that you take a photo of the received goods for your records).
Step 2: Return the goods and keep the delivery receipt. The postage must be paid by the buyer in advance (the seller refuses to accept the freight collect items).

Return and Exchange Fee Policy:
If the problem is due to a quality issue or a mistake in the shipment, the postage will be borne by the seller, and the buyer must advance pay for the postage (the seller will not accept postage collect items). The seller will inspect the goods within 2 working days after receiving them and confirm and handle the return and exchange of goods and postage issues.
