Metal corner protection tape with holes, galvanized steel corner protection tape, aluminum corner protection tape, 5 cm

Comparison

Product Uses:
Protect the corner edges from wear and damage, making the 90-degree corners more distinct, the edge lines smoother, fully protecting the corners, and enhancing their strength. Widely used for the protection of arches, curves, and corners.
Product Performance:
1. The metal corner protection strip consists of two imported high-quality hot-dip galvanized steel strips, each 1.1 mm wide, centered together. Through special processing, they are firmly bonded to a paper strip. This not only prevents rust over time but also protects the corners, ensuring they remain straight and sturdy.
2. Suitable for seams at any angle, especially for preventing cracking at the corners of suspended ceilings, ensuring a straight edge.
3. The width of the metal corner protection strip is 50 mm, and each box measures 30 m in length. Compared to traditional corner protection strips, the amount of putty required is less, the length can be cut as needed, with no joints and minimal waste.
4. Rollable, easy to transport; easy to cut, reducing waste; suitable for various shapes in corners; simple operation, convenient for construction.

Instructions for use:
1. Based on the actual measurements at the site, cut the metal corner protection tape vertically with scissors to meet the construction length requirements.
2. Apply joint putty on both sides of the corner, fold according to the center line of the metal corner protection strip, and attach the metal steel strip surface inside the joint putty (the side with the metal steel strip should be attached inside). Press out any excess putty, and smooth the surface using a plastering tool. During construction, the metal corner protection strips at the corners must not overlap, otherwise it will affect the levelness.
3. After drying, apply a layer of joint putty on the surface. If necessary, gently sand it with fine sandpaper.
