About Retail and Reissue

1. Orders under 300 yuan are considered retail and are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. If there are any transportation issues, they can be resolved through consultation. 2. If the quality problem causes a functional shortage, and if replacement parts are needed, they will not be arranged separately. They will be sent together with the next order or the customer will bear the shipping costs themselves.

About shipping

1. After the customer places an order and makes payment, the goods are generally arranged for shipment within 2 days. Orders placed after 16:50 daily or those paid for after that time are considered to be shipped the next day.
2. If there are any special reasons that prevent us from shipping on time, we will contact the buyer in time to handle the situation. We appreciate your understanding and gratitude.

About Logistics

1. Express delivery: Default shipping method is Yunda and ZTO Express.
2. Logistics: Freight charges are generally collected upon arrival, and the goods need to be picked up at the freight station. The logistics company can be provided by the client or we can help you choose a more suitable one.

About Receiving Goods

1. If there are any stock shortages, please leave us a message within 24 hours after signing for the package. We will do our best to help you verify the situation as soon as possible.
2. If the goods are damaged in packaging, missing or damaged, please take photos as evidence, refuse to accept the express, and contact us to handle.

About Returns and Exchanges
1. If the quality issue of the product itself leads to the loss of its intended functions, we will process a return or exchange, but the shipping costs will be borne by the buyer (most problems can be solved by simply replacing parts).
2. For reasons such as poor sales or not as good as expected, which are not due to quality issues of the product itself, we do not provide exchanges or returns.

About wholesale after-sales

For quality issues, please accumulate the products and return them with ordinary logistics. The return shipping costs will be borne by the buyer. Please contact our customer service first to register the handling of quality problems. If the accumulated products have not been registered, they cannot be returned or exchanged.
