After-sales service for aircraft products. In principle, if the damage is caused by transportation, corresponding accessories will be supplied for the next shipment, without a separate reissue. For aircraft lights that do not light up, the price is calculated as for a plane without lights, and the difference is refunded. For customers who will no longer order after this, the last time of after-sales service, the payment for the damaged product can be refunded.

Please be sure to keep the plane inside the bag and cut the opening of the bag. Count the number accurately, and then pour it out. We have a regular pattern for packing the bags. If the number of bags you count does not match the number marked on the express delivery bag, please take photos and send videos to confirm in time. After communicating well, count the next bag.

The products in this shop are not artworks, and minor scratches or imperfections may occur during production and transportation. This cannot serve as a reason for returning or exchanging the items. Those who are concerned are advised to be cautious when making a purchase!

About product after-sales service:
1. Before shipping, we will ensure that the products in our store are well-packed and tidy, with strong outer boxes. However, due to the transportation process, especially in some distant cities, there may be some product damage (such as minor scratches caused by collisions, or slight deformation of individual color boxes). The transportation is completed by third-party logistics companies, which are beyond our control. We will not assume responsibility for damage caused by transportation. The transportation time is affected by many factors such as weather, vehicle arrangements, and traffic conditions, and it will not be used as a reason for returning the goods.

 

Upon receiving the goods, please ensure to inspect them first. If you find that the product's outer packaging box is severely damaged or if there are any missing items, please contact us immediately and take photos of the problem. Once the goods are signed for, it is deemed that the buyer acknowledges that the goods received are intact. Any risk or loss after signing for the goods is the buyer's responsibility, and the buyer cannot request a return or exchange of the goods for any reason.

2. All products sold by us are strictly inspected by quality inspectors to ensure product quality. However, due to various uncontrollable factors in transportation, our factory can only guarantee that 97%-98% of the products will be free from quality problems after arrival. If there are damage to accessories, we can send them free of charge next time, but we cannot require direct replacement. For products with damaged accessories, refunds can only be calculated at 50% of the value. For light-emitting products, transportation may also cause individual products to have light problems. For products with no light, we will calculate the price as if they have no light. Any excess payment will be refunded to you. If you do not accept the refund of the difference, please do not purchase!

3. All sizes are measured by hand, and an error of 1-2CM is normal. All pictures are uploaded by actual shooting. Due to differences in light and monitors, there may be some color differences, please understand.

 

Buyer's Note:
Please inspect the goods carefully in front of the logistics freight company personnel when you pick up the goods. If you find that the outer box is severely deformed, damaged, the sealing packaging tape is broken or missing, or the sealing tape is incomplete, and there are obvious signs of being opened, please open the seal and count to check, and if there is any error, please negotiate with the logistics company on the spot for compensation. If the problem cannot be solved, please do not take the goods away at first. Contact us at the freight station for negotiation; otherwise, after signing, it will be considered as no objection to accepting the goods.
