All products in this factory are wholesale products, supplied to distributors and wholesalers. Retail sales to the public require the payment of corresponding packaging fees.

 

Due to the wholesale nature, the profit is low. All transactions with this factory are subject to the policy of payment upon shipment: use Alipay escrow transaction or online banking payment.

 

All the products sent out by our factory are individually packaged with beautiful and independent packaging. In addition to the original packaging, we also add an outer packaging to enhance the ability to withstand pressure. Despite our precautions, it is impossible to avoid problems that may occur during long-distance transportation, such as scratches, bumps, and squeezes.

 

 

All products in our factory have a basic amount of stock, but because some of our products are products, we adopt the 020 sales model, and the orders are quite large, so there is a possibility that some orders may not be available after placing an order. Therefore, it is normal for the shipping period to be two to three days. We will try to arrange early shipping as much as possible. If there is stock, we will try to deliver the goods on the same day, and if there is no stock, we will arrange the goods within three days. Please understand and forgive! If you need to place a large order, the delivery period and payment method need to be determined after negotiation with the customer service.

 

Our factory defaults to YTO Express. If the delivery cannot be reached, we will use the China Post Small Packet Post. Other courier services are not available. For large items, please contact customer service to cancel the shipping fee and send the goods by logistics. The logistics fee is collect.

 

The solution to the shortage problem: In general, we will contact the consignee to inform them of the shortage reason and obtain their consent to replace the style or color. If we cannot contact the consignee, the default principle is to send as much as we can according to the order. The remaining payment will be fully refunded to the purchaser.

 

 

 

Please the buyer personally sign for the parcel when receiving it, and check it in person to ensure it is correct. If you find: the quantity is incorrect, the goods are damaged, please seal it back in its original condition and refuse to sign immediately, contact the shop owner in person in front of the courier, and after confirmation by myself, it can be returned. Once the signature is received, the factory will not assume any responsibility, please pay attention!!! The same applies to problems that occur after others sign, so please make sure to sign personally!

 

 

 

Damage: The responsibility for damage caused by transportation will not be borne by our factory. However, we have an obligation to do our best to assist the customer in resolving this issue. Our factory will adopt double-layer packaging, adding cushioning materials, and compact stacking methods to avoid damage. Please (or other consignee) must check the quantity and appearance of the goods together with the courier (this is your right), if the quantity is incorrect or the appearance is damaged, please have the courier sign to confirm.

 

Question 1: The courier refuses to open the package together for inspection.
Solution: After you sign for the courier package, make sure to hold on to the delivery slip until you have thoroughly checked it. Then, give it back to the courier staff.
Problem 2: The courier refuses to sign to confirm the missing quantity.
Solution: Just write down the courier's phone number and name.

 

 

 

Unconditional Return Policy: Our factory offers a 15-day unconditional return and exchange service. In the event of a return or exchange request, the customer is required to ensure that the goods are in perfect condition, have not been used, and are undamaged, without affecting the resale of the product. (If the returned goods do not meet the standards, a 20% handling fee will be charged.) The shipping cost for the unconditional return or exchange is borne by the buyer.

 

Subjective defects: Our products are of high quality and low price, offering great value for money. Some buyers may find that the workmanship is somewhat rough with imperfections, or that the materials are not of high quality, which may not meet their expectations. However, these do not fall under quality issues. No product is perfect, and if you are too picky, please look elsewhere. Our photos are all taken from the actual products, and all dimensions are measured by hand. An error of 1-2CM is considered normal.

 

 

Return and Exchange Policy: For products with quality issues that result in the loss of their intended functions, we will process a return or exchange, but the shipping costs will be borne by the buyer (most issues can be resolved by simple methods such as changing the batteries, adjusting the battery placement, or reconnecting the wires...). For reasons such as poor sales or not meeting expectations, which are not due to quality issues with the product itself, we will not provide a return or exchange.

 

 

Product Quality: All products sent by our factory will undergo multiple inspections, including during production, after production, and before shipment. Only completely qualified products will be shipped. However, various uncertain factors may lead to the loss of product functionality.

 

 

Product Images: All product images are taken from actual products, which can truly reflect the actual appearance of the product itself. However, due to factors such as lighting and photography skills, there may be slight differences between the images and the actual products. Due to market changes and other factors, our factory may adjust the color and packaging methods of the products and packaging. Please refer to the actual product for the final decision.

 

 

 

Other: Although we make toys, for those who are strict about quality or have specific requirements, please turn gracefully and find an alternative path.
Transportation is completed by a third-party logistics company, which is beyond our control. The transportation time is affected by many factors such as weather, vehicle scheduling, and traffic conditions. The estimated transportation time we provide is for reference only and is not part of the contract. It is also not a reason for returning the goods.
