Shipping Date

After payment, we will stock and ship the goods within 48 hours. If there are any special circumstances, we will contact you in advance.

Shipping and Handling Charges:
1. Regarding express delivery, we ship small items using Yunda Express, Best Express, and ZTO Express, and large items using Dehong Express.

Receiving Standards:
1. When buyers pick up the goods, please carefully inspect them in front of the logistics freight company personnel. If you find that the outer box is severely deformed, damaged, the sealing packaging tape is broken or missing, or the sealing tape is incomplete, and there are obvious signs of being opened and sealed, please open and count the goods in person. If the problem cannot be solved, please contact us for consultation; otherwise, after signing, it will be considered as no objection to accepting the goods.

After-sales service:
1. If there are quality issues with the product, you can contact customer service to handle after-sales issues. Before returning the product, you must inform our customer service!!!
2. Due to the special nature of toy products, they cannot be compared with household appliances. Therefore, all toy products sold by our company do not have a three-pack policy. If there are problems after use, we do not assume any responsibility. If the problem is within our ability, we will help to solve it, but all related costs will be borne by the customer. Special products are handled according to the relevant agreements reached between our customer service personnel and the guests.
3. The following conditions do not allow for returns or exchanges: damaged or incomplete packaging of the returned product, incomplete accessories or related materials, unauthorized repairs or modifications, use or storage not in accordance with normal methods, and goods beyond the post-sale service period.

However, during the transportation process, especially in some long-distance cities, it is possible that some products may suffer from transportation losses (such as minor scratches caused by collision, or minor deformation of the individual color box packaging. The transportation is completed by a third-party courier company, which is beyond our control. The responsibility for damage caused by transportation will not be borne by us. The transportation time is affected by many factors such as weather, vehicle arrangements, and traffic conditions, which will not be used as a reason for return.
3. Our toys are of good quality and affordable, and they offer great value. Some buyers have reported that the workmanship is somewhat rough, with imperfections, and that the materials are not of high quality, which does not meet their expectations. However, these issues do not fall under quality problems. Nothing is perfect, and we understand that some buyers may be too picky. Please forgive us if you are one of them.
