● About Price: The quoted price is a reference price, excluding tax and packaging, and does not include shipping fees; any fluctuations will not be notified, please consult the customer service before purchasing.

● About the shipping period: The shipping period for one-time distribution is usually 24-48 hours, while for bulk wholesale it is usually 1-3 days, excluding unforeseen and uncontrollable factors.

● Regarding logistics: For bulk purchases, freight services are usually used and the buyer is responsible for self-collection; for smaller items, we will send them via courier and choose a suitable and convenient logistics company to deliver them to you.

● Regarding color difference: All our products are photographed by a professional photography team on site. However, due to the reflective nature of ceramic products, as well as the impact of different environments, lighting, and displays, some color differences are unavoidable. ● About dimensions: The dimensions of our products are measured manually, and there may be some errors. Please understand and forgive.

● About Scratches: Our company has strict quality inspection before shipment. However, due to the uniqueness of ceramic materials, minor scratches and small knocks may occur during production and transportation. We will strive to provide the best quality, and any non-quality issues that do not affect use are subject to your understanding and forgiveness.

● About after-sales service: 1. Please ensure that the goods arrive intact before signing the courier receipt. If you find any shortage or damage during the inspection, you can refuse to sign and contact us in time. To avoid unnecessary troubles, if you find any quality problems with the product, please contact the customer service in time to discuss the replacement or reissue.

2. If you or someone else signs for the delivery, please contact us within 24 hours after the time of signing (time of signing is the time standard) if you discover any quality problems with the product. Please provide photos on the day of receipt, and we will deal with it properly. Please rest assured to purchase. If no photos are uploaded on the day of receipt or no notice is given to the customer service, it is considered that there are no problems with the goods.
