1. Due to the special nature of the fabric, there may occasionally be fabric ends or small holes within the full rolls or cut pieces, which are considered normal and do not constitute quality issues with the fabric itself. We have a variety of colors, and not all of them are available on the shelves. If you need a color that is not on the color card, please feel free to call us for more information or contact our online customer service. Whether it's a large order or a small wholesale, we treat them with the same care, as we deeply understand that every large customer is built from small ones.
2. Color Difference Issue: Due to the differences in each computer monitor, the color of the goods presented may vary slightly. Since most of the fabrics are dyed, there is a certain difference between batches, we will try to minimize the color difference as much as possible. Therefore, all colors and quality standards should be based on the colors and samples provided by the company.
3. The fabric is a special item. Once sold, it will not be exchanged or returned unless there is a quality issue.We value long-term credibility and your continued support. Integrity is our commitment to our customers. If there are any shortcomings in the transaction process, we will actively address them. We will never engage in any actions that violate integrity.
4. The color of each large order may vary slightly due to the different vat numbers, so buyers who cannot tolerate any color difference should be cautious! (In fact, the color difference will not be too large and is a normal phenomenon.) If the guests cannot determine the fabric sample pattern and color before placing an order, we generally suggest that they first send the color card to the guests to confirm before placing the large order.
5. Since the daily inventory shipment volume varies rapidly, we strive to meet your color requirements while ensuring the quality of the fabric. If the fabric color you require is out of stock, we will notify you in time. In the event of a shortage, you can choose to first send the existing inventory from our warehouse, and we will custom-produce the fabric and then ship it to you. Please understand any inconvenience this may cause.
