2、关于定制：Shoe box dismantling or label pasting orders are custom-made, and we do not support returns or exchanges in any case!
3. About returns:
Wholesale Return Policy: Once an order is shipped, each return cannot exceed 30% of the total value of the order and can only be done once. Additionally, a processing fee of 2 RMB per pair will be deducted, and return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Please note that each order will only be handled for returns once. After receiving the goods, please inspect them first. If you have any questions, please contact our customer service within 24 hours.
Individual buyer single/double return policy: Once an order is shipped, you can only return it once, and an additional 5 yuan per pair will be deducted for manual labor and material consumption. Return shipping costs are on your own. After-sales service for the same order will only be handled once. Please inspect the goods upon receipt! If you have any questions, please contact the customer service within 24 hours!
4、关于售后：① The following issues do not fall under quality problems: loose threads, folds, loose shoe inserts, minor flaws, a small amount of glue watermarks, no support for unreasonable returns, shoes worn, which affect secondary sales, are not refundable! ② The following conditions fall under quality problems: split sides, skin peeling, delamination, broken bottom, large area of loose threads, large area of stains, lack of main accessories. We will bear the round-trip freight for returns. Outside the scope of the above, we will not bear it!
5. About logistics:The logistics freight is collect, please notify the customer service to modify the freight!
The courier fee can display the logistics information.
Ship by standard logistics, minimum order quantity is one box, and there is no online tracking available. We are not entirely sure about the specific unloading area, so please contact us once the goods arrive to arrange for self-collection. The logistics fee is to be paid upon delivery (pay upon picking up the goods).

6、关于气味：New shoes may have a slight smell of glue, which has nothing to do with the quality. The smell of glue will disappear if you place them in a well-ventilated area.
