After the goods are received and signed within 24 hours, if there are quality problems (except for damage caused by human interference and logistics transportation), you can first contact the customer service to apply for returns and exchanges. 3. Please contact our after-sales customer service within 5 days after receiving the goods (time of logistics signature is the standard), and if it exceeds 5 days, we will not accept returns or exchanges. The returned goods must be well-packed (please bring your own packaging, do not directly paste or write on the original factory box), ensuring that the product has not been used and does not affect resale (otherwise, we will not accept returns or exchanges). Please contact our after-sales customer service to register the quality problem first, and then please return in bulk of 10 kilograms by ordinary logistics. The freight will be borne by us.
