What's the best way to send my goods, by logistics or by courier?
This is a cost-related issue that many business friends are concerned about. Although we can't understand everything here, we can share our experience with everyone. First of all, for orders under 300 yuan, if the human and material resources and time required for picking up the goods are also considered, generally choosing express delivery may still be more cost-effective. For orders over 300 yuan, it depends on the situation. Within the Guangdong Province, generally choose express delivery. For areas outside Guangdong, you need to consider your actual situation, for example, if I need to bring my baby and it's not convenient to pick up the goods, I can choose express delivery or let the logistics deliver; for example, if the pickup location needs to run hundreds of kilometers, is it really possible? In that case, choose express delivery. It's not good to cry when you pick up the goods. For bulk orders over 3000 yuan, it is basically more cost-effective to choose logistics.

When will I receive the goods?
This problem, we can only estimate the time based on past experience. But after all, we are just manufacturers, and the logistics is handled by professional logistics companies. We cannot control the arrival time. What we can do is to arrange the shipment as fast as possible. If the reason for the delay is due to the logistics company or the weather or non-human factors, and without consultation, to unilaterally decide to refund or return the goods, those with such thoughts, please do not place an order to avoid any unpleasant shopping experience!

How are products with quality issues handled?
Most product quality issues can be resolved on one's own, and if one wants to treat toy making as a real career, one should also accumulate some experience in repairing toys. For example, by replacing batteries, adjusting the placement of the batteries, and connecting the wire leads.Simple ways, such as waiting, might be enough to repair the toy, and it feels satisfying to fix it yourself. If the product has quality issues, please contact our after-sales service within 15 days after receiving the goods (time of receipt is the standard). Our after-sales service will register your situation. When the problem products reach 20 kilograms, they will be returned by freight. The freight cost will be borne by us! Return and Exchange Policy:

1. For customers who have large orders, if you are not familiar with the products, it is recommended to first order a sample to confirm the order (this will avoid unnecessary trouble for both parties).
6. Refund and Exchange Process:
1) Take a picture of the quality problem or shortage list and send it to after-sales customer service. After the customer service verifies it, negotiate the refund or return of the goods.
7. We operate on the principle of low profit and high volume. Once the goods are sold, there will be no refunds within seven days if there are no quality issues. You can exchange the goods (as long as it doesn't affect the second sale), but the shipping fee will be borne by the buyer. If the buyer places a large order, they can first order a few samples to confirm before placing the large order.
