Continuous Carbonization Furnace
The continuous carbonization furnace operates by utilizing biomass raw materials during the carbonization process, which do not allow for the combustion of gases such as carbon monoxide and hydrogen. These gases are separated through a smoke separation device to remove impurities such as wood tar and wood vinegar, resulting in combustible gases. The gases are then drawn into a self-contained combustion device for complete combustion, heating the main cylinder of the host machine (temperatures are generally controlled at around 300°). Once heated to a certain temperature, the material can be fed into the carbonization process. When the carbonization material produces self-generated smoke and has sufficient combustion, the gasification furnace is gradually shut down and the carbonization host machine's smoke valve is opened, enabling the combustible gases to be self-sufficient for the carbonization process.

Continuous Carbonization Process Explanation
Process Description: The biomass raw material is sent to the gasifier, where the raw material produces flue gas under an oxygen-deprived combustion state. The flue gas then goes through spraying, cooling, and purification separation. Afterward, it is sent to the self-designed combustor by the exhaust fan.
Burning, heating the carbonization host: When the internal temperature of the carbonization machine reaches a certain degree, the material is fed into the carbonization host. The raw material passes through drying and carbonization in the carbonization furnace pipeline. When the raw material is heated to a certain temperature, it begins to produce smoke. The smoke is recovered, sprayed, cooled, and purified, and then sent to the burner by the exhaust fan to continue heating the carbonization host. At this time, the gasification furnace can stop making gas until it is turned off, and then only use the self-produced smoke from the raw material carbonization. Since then, the equipment can continuously feed and continuously output finished products, entering the continuous carbonization stage. The finished products after carbonization enter the cooling spiral conveyor, which is cooled and then transported to the material bin; the carbon powder produced by the gasification of the gasification furnace is transported to the carbon powder storage bin from the furnace bottom conveyor, and is centrally stored and sold; the spraying water and cooling water of the purification system and cooling system can be recycled after circulating and precipitating in the pool through the pump.
