Filtration Principle: Dust-containing gas enters through the air intake, and when it passes through the ash hopper, some large particles of dust are separated out due to inertial force and gravity, falling directly into the bottom of the ash hopper. After passing through the ash hopper, the dust-containing gas enters the filter bag area of the middle chamber, where the gas passes through the filter bags, and the dust is retained on the surface of the bags. The purified gas then enters the upper chamber through the bag openings and is discharged through the outlet. Aeration Principle: As the filtration time extends, the dust layer on the filter bags continues to accumulate, and the resistance of the dust removal equipment continues to rise. When the equipment resistance reaches the set value, the aeration device begins to perform cleaning. A lift valve in a compartment is closed to cut off the filtration airflow, and then the electromagnetic pulse valve is opened. Compressed air rapidly expands in the upper chamber in a very short time, flooding the filter bags to cause them to expand and deform, generating vibration. Under the action of the reverse airflow, the dust adhering to the surface of the filter bags is peeled off and falls into the ash hopper. After the cleaning is completed, the electromagnetic pulse valve is closed, and the lift valve is opened, and the chamber is restored to the state of filtration. The cleaning of each chamber is performed in turn, starting from the cleaning of one chamber to the beginning of a cleaning cycle. Dust Collection: The dust that is retained by filtration and cleaning falls into the ash hopper, and then it is discharged from the hopper opening.
